As the business grew, so did something else, his son Ethan’s interest in the trade and his understanding of the crucial importance of reliable HVAC services. Ethan spent his younger years tagging along, watching his dad diagnose issues without hesitation and explain systems with ease. Over time, those moments turned into hands-on lessons. Dale didn’t just pass on skills. He passed on a mindset: work hard, do it right, and stand behind what you do.
